Over a span of three years, we revitalized this 1970s Preston Hollow home. Nearly every corner (still dreaming of the kitchen remodel), leveraging the existing marble floors as a foundation for modern updates. Standout features included a bespoke whiskey bar, an inviting entryway, a dedicated kids' play area, and custom cabinetry built-ins that enhanced both functionality and style. The primary bedroom was transformed into a serene, organized retreat with tailored furnishings, while the primary bathroom features marble countertops and hand crafted millwork, ensuring every detail aligned with the family's lifestyle and aesthetic preferences.
